University of Kentucky Engineering Open House 2008

The Bluegrass chapter will sponsor a booth for the engineering open house on Saturday, February 23th at the University of Kentucky.

2007-2008 Student Activities

The Student Activities Committee Chair for this year is Harold G. Sherrard. Harold is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Mechanical Engineering. He has worked as a consulting engineer for a number of years and is currently employed by Trane at the Lexington, KY manufacturing facility. Harold took a very non-traditional career path and is excited by the opportunity to help students discover the many career options available to today's engineering graduate. Harold is an excellent source for career related questions.

Harold is a licensed professional engineer and has held a license in 27 different states and US districts. He is always interested in helping students make necessary preparations to become licensed.

We welcome back all of the student members and thank them for their participation.  We encourage all new students and non-member students to join the ASHRAE family.
